The site is located on land at Park Farm, Brabourne Lees, TN25 6RG. It is around 0.9km east of the village of Brabourne Lees, and currently accessed via Pound Lane. The site is split into two main areas of land, bisected by Southenay Lane.

The land is part of Park Farm, and five field parcels currently used for agricultural purposes make up the proposal site.
